Our Purpose

Having a family member in law enforcment is a lifestyle.  Be it the odd work hours the family schedule follows, the pride we have in the service our loved one provides, the anxiety we feel when our officer comes home late only to be followed by the laughter at the story he or she brings home - we are unique.  The APSA unites families and spouses of Central Texas law enforcement officers to offer them a community of support, encouragement and understanding.

Our Mission

The APSA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving spouses and families of Central Texas law enforcement officers through crisis response, fellowship, education, and community service.

Crisis Response

When an officer is involved in a crisis, be it on-duty or off, the APSA works to support the family in any way needed. Past assistance has included meal preparation and delivery, shopping assistance, fundraising and simply "being there".
